hello... this song is beautiful... what is its name... this video is
It’s hard to find something like this eel restaurant, in the U.S. where it’s not very big, but you can tell so much pride and passion are put into the shape, the food, and the experience. I really enjoy the way Japanese business owners, small and/or large ones, run their businesses so passionately and skillfully. I wish more people in the U.S. would learn more from how people in Japan/Asia do things.
Wonderful !!
I really love this video from every aspect..videography, naration, backsound, scene, everthing is just perfectly made
I always come back to this video so comforting
Folks still take a tire company’s standard of food for real… wake up
He does a wonderful job with a big heart.
Really good eel tastes better than pork to me.
I've been there. It is definitely worth an experience. One of the most delicious things ive eaten. If you're in tokyo definitely check it out.
Lovely Japan
I once dine in this restaurant... Very quaint and homey restaurant somewhere almost outskirts of Tokyo (it's quite far from JR main line) . Best unagi I've ever tasted in my life (im not very cultured, obvi)... It was worth every penny (or yen heheh)... Soo good and decadent
Anyone knows the title of the soundtrack? It has been years but i have still not been able to find it :(
still looking for the same!
I wonder how they're doing as of this moment.
Great food but that kitchen looked dirty
what the fuck happened to this channel?
Hey really miss your quality video Please start doing more again 😉
What the music tho? so pretty...
This youtube channel has provided little else that can compare to the simple majesty of this video. Three and three quarter minutes culminating in a gorgeous presentation of the finished product. Exceptional.
Don't let that simple dish fool you, it's $50!! But boy it's yummy!
Awesome video!!
6th generation wow which means 250 years his family is doing business
I went to this restaurant, was very expensive but good. But I was struck at how boring and depressing Japanese people appeared to be. I hope things get better for them.
Well.......His mom is not wrong.
Final shot; I bet that is absolutely delicious!
Those are re used barbecue sticks

THANK YOU
Thank you very much !
I couldn't care less how many stars a shop has ... my guide or shops i like/will visit is based on what my taste buds, tongue & stomach tells me. so if my buds say it is bad, does not matter if the shop has 3 stars, i will not visit. michelin and any reviews from any sites are just a grain of salt to me.
Japan restaurants and the country as a whole literally give zero F’s about Michelin stars because they already know there food is amazing, they have 25 year materships and apprentices lol! So they don’t mess about and IMO Japan is above the Michelin grading system which sadly even Michelin officials themselves even know this...that they are way out of their depths in terms of cookery
song song song song song song song?
I’ve been wondering for three years
Mattin Same here man, at this rate I might as well try to recreate it even tho I have no idea how
@@titansenpai1188 just noticed that someone actually linked the song below

Why dont you guys make more videos
I went to this restaurant 3/4 times now thanks to this video and it is worth it. Absolutely Amazing. Video is great
It's nice to see the grandmother still working there too :)
No disrespect to the culinary world. Its the attitude and the humbleness that matters not how many stars you have. Looks at this guy and Hawker Chan and their attitude. "I hope they like my food. I don't want them to be disappointed." - Awesome
Meanwhile the British: "Put 'em in jelly!"
I mean, she was not wrong.........
what about if Jerry will be invited by Samsung for a scratch test. Then one of the employees will start to scratch him for different tests :))
I am glad to see this great video of my great teacher brother Han!
The meal might look simple on the outside, but think of each meal like a tree trunk, it can have few ingredients or many branches and ways to cook it. It is ul to you to collect the right leafs and sticks and seeds.
Every Japanese Michelin star owner always say “why me?” The humble country.
